Young Crew Finland is looking for new people to join our team! Applications are open until 18 October 2026.

We are looking for motivated young project professionals and people interested in the world of projects to help us develop Young Crew Finland. Whether you are already working, studying, or just getting interested in project work, you are welcome to apply – no extensive project management experience is required.

The Young Crew Finland Board plans and develops our activities and works closely with Project Professionals Finland (Projektiammattilaiset ry). The responsibilities and roles of the new Board will be shaped based on the interests, strengths and availability of the people joining us. This means you can have a real influence on what you work on and how Young Crew Finland develops.

Our activities include organising events and networking opportunities, communications and community building, as well as national and international projects. By joining the team, you can develop your skills, expand your professional network and gain hands-on experience in project work.

By joining Young Crew you can:

• Network: meet other young professionals and more experienced professionals, grow your relationships with project professionals both in Finland and internationally.
• Learn: learn more about the project industry by talking to other members and attending events.
• Practise your skills: You can act as a project team member or project manager, organise events and create new activities according to your own interests.
• You will grow and develop as a project professional and gain experience in running your own projects.
• Grow and develop your skills and develop your project management skills.
• By joining Young Crew, you will also become a member of the Association of Project Professionals. When you join, you can either already be a member – in which case you can just sign up for activities – or you can apply for membership when you join the YC. As a member of Young Crew Finland, you can take advantage of all the PRY member benefits, including free or discounted participation in interesting project-related events and webinars.
