Remember to register for the IPMA certification exam in time:

IPMA Level C candidates: register no later than 16 November 2026
IPMA Level D candidates: register no later than 23 November 2026

Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

The exam will be held remotely. The duration is 3 hours, from 9:00 to 12:00.

To participate in the exam, you must have:

• your own computer with a working internet connection
• a webcam, which must remain on with video throughout the exam. The exam will be proctored via a Zoom video conference (You can test Zoom here)
• a space where you can take the exam alone. No other people are allowed in the room during the exam. You may take bathroom breaks during the exam
• a separate calculator; a mobile phone calculator is not allowed. Use of the computer’s calculator is permitted
• scrap paper and a pen are allowed. No other materials may be used during the exam

Note: Candidates who pass the Level C exam will participate in a workshop. The minimum number of participants for the workshop is 6. The workshop will be held 2–3 weeks after the exam. If the workshop does not take place, each candidate will instead participate in an extended personal interview.

Participation in the exam requires acceptance of a separate confidentiality agreement. Please review it carefully in advance. The agreement will be accepted in the certification system at the start of the exam. The agreement is available here.
