Remember to register for the IPMA certification exam in good time:

Candidates for the IPMA Level C exam must register no later than 7 April 2026.

Applications submitted after the registration deadline will not be accepted for evaluation.

The exam will be conducted remotely. The duration of the exam is 3 hours, from 9:00 to 12:00.

To participate in the exam, you must have:

• Your own computer with a reliable internet connection
• A webcam, which must remain on with video enabled for the entire duration of the exam. The exam is proctored via Zoom video conferencing. You can test Zoom here.
• A private space where you can take the exam alone. No other people may be present in the room at the same time. You are allowed to visit the restroom during the exam.
• A separate calculator. The calculator on a mobile phone may not be used. Using the computer’s calculator is allowed.
• Scratch paper and a pen are permitted. No other materials may be used during the exam.

Order the application package and submit your application in accordance with the instructions provided in the package.

NOTE! Candidates who successfully pass the Level C exam will participate in a workshop. The minimum number of participants required for the workshop to take place is six (6). The workshop will be held on 21 May. If the workshop does not take place, each candidate will participate in an extended individual interview instead.

Participation in the exam requires acceptance of a separate confidentiality agreement. Please familiarize yourself carefully with the confidentiality agreement in advance. The agreement will be accepted in the certification system at the start of the exam. The agreement can be read here.
