Eunji Choi

Eunji Choi is a Professor in the School of Business Administration at Honam University (Korea) and a Visiting Professor at Qufu Normal University (China). Her research focuses on startups, artificial intelligence (AI), and the impact of digital transformation on organizations and society. Her main areas of expertise include AI and corporate value, as well as the global startup ecosystem. She also serves as an advisory member on international regulatory management for a leading Korean IT company. By conducting comparative analyses of cases from Korea, China, and the United States, she explores the balance between AI innovation and regulatory governance through both academic research and national policy reports. In addition, she is an Executive Director of the Korea Society of Venture Startups and the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Cultural Industries, actively fostering knowledge exchange between academia and industry.

Emma He

Emma He is a senior project management expert at ByteDance, based in San Jose, USA. She is dedicated to driving technical project execution across the video and edge traffic infrastructure domain. Her core responsibilities include aligning cross-functional teams to optimize cost efficiency, resolving technical and operational blockers, and ensuring on-time delivery of the critical cost initiatives.

Emma received her master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Before joining Bytedance, she was a Senior Technical Program Manager in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
