We are pleased to announce the call for team members for the upcoming IPMA Individual Competence Baseline (ICB) 5.0 Project.
Join us in shaping the future of project management competencies by developing the update of IPMA’s flagship standard. The ICB 5.0 Project aims to integrate the latest trends such as sustainability, agility, and AI, ensuring IPMA continues to set the benchmark for project, program, and portfolio management.
Volunteers can participate in two different roles: as a member of the core team and a member of the extended team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participation in the development, revision, and implementation of the IPMA Individual Competence Baseline (ICB) version 5.0.
- Ensure alignment with IPMA’s standards, certification, awards, and training initiatives.
Who Should Apply:
- Project management professionals with demonstrated experience, especially in standards development, in at least one of the three domains.
- Proven experience in one of the above mentioned trends.
- Proven ability to work in multicultural, and remote teams.
- Strong knowledge of IPMA’s standards and certification system.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
- Nomination and support from an IPMA Member Association is mandatory.
The team member role is a voluntary position. Applicants must be committed to regular participation in virtual meetings and occasional in-person workshops.
